The Silver Legacy Resort & Casino is a hotel and casino located in downtown Reno, Nevada. The casino was developed by Don Carano from 22 July 1993 to 28 July 1995, and the 42-story building is the largest in downtown Reno. The casino had a Victorian theme, and it was nicknamed the "Emerald City" of Reno for its green lighting at night.
