Shunsen Shiro (born 1958) was a Japanese MIA agent who took part in Director Kyohei Jingu's conspiracy to recover his missing ¥10 billion from the Millennium Tower in Kabukicho, Tokyo in 2005. On the night of 11 December 2005, he and several other MIA agents were taken down by Kazuma Kiryu as he and Haruka Sawamura made their way up the tower to the Ares bar.
