Shoko Hirota (born 1944) was a Japanese yakuza criminal who was affiliated with the Dojima-gumi in Kabukicho, Tokyo during the 1980s. On the night of 19 December 1988, he was sent by Keiji Shibusawa to track down and kill Kazuma Kiryu before Kiryu could reach the Kazama-gumi office, but Kiryu beat down all of his ambushers.
