Shing Wo is one of the three major triads of Hong Kong, along with the Sun On Yee and 18K Triads. The Shing Wo triad specialized in gambling, providing them with easy money, and the Shing Wo gang was less violent than the rival gangs. It was involved in the 2012 triad wars, but it was not involved in the Sun On Yee civil war or any of Wei Shen's actions against the triads on behalf of the HKPD.
