Shi Tingmao

Shi Tingmao (31 August 1991-) was an Olympic gold medalist diver from China who won two gold medals in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, her first Olympics.

Biography[]

Shi Tingmao was born on 31 August 1991 in Chongqing, China, and she began her career in diving with the 2008 National Diving Championships, during which she won a bronze medal. In 2010, she won a silver medal in the national championships, and she won gold medals at the 2010 Asian Games, 2011, 2013, and 2015 World Aquatics Championships, and two at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazi.
