Shen Hongde was a Chinese-American triad gangster and member of the Fung Hai Tong in Chinatown, San Francisco during the 1870s. In 1878, he and several other Fung Hai gangsters were arrested by the San Francisco Police Department amid a police crackdown on the tong that assaulted officer Richard Lee.
