Sextus Curius Nepos (278 BC-) was a Roman nobleman and general during the First Punic War.
Biography[]
Sextus Curius Nepos was born in Rome, Latium, Roman Republic in 278 BC to an aristocratic family affiliated with the Scipii. In 263 BC, at the age of 15, he was given command of Legio VI Apollinaris in Syracuse, and he fought in Sicily during the First Punic War.
