Senjuro Hayashi (23 February 1876 – 4 February 1943) was Prime Minister of Japan from 2 February to 4 June 1937, succeeding Koki Hirota and preceding Fumimaro Konoe.

Senjuro Hayashi was born on 23 February 1876 in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. He served in the Imperial Japanese Army in the First Sino-Japanese War and Russo-Japanese War, and from 1923 to 1924 he served as the Japanese representative to the League of Nations, entering politics. In 1930, as a Lieutenant-General, he led the Japanese Korean Army and fought in the Japanese invasion of Manchuria. From 1934 to 1935, Hayashi served as Army Minister, and he supported Tetsuzan Nagata's Toseiha faction of Japanese politics; on 2 February 1937 he was chosen as Prime Minister of Japan. He supported Fumimaro Konoe's militaristic policies, and from February to June he led Japan for a short period of four months. He died in 1943 of an intracranial hemorrhage.
