The Second Battle of Troyanovo was the final battle of the first phase of the Russo-Turkish War of 1805, taking place in early June 1805 in Troyanovo, Bulgaria. The Russian general Fyodor Buxhoewden and 5,200 Russian troops defeated a larger Ottoman army of 10,830 troops under Bostancibasi Hayreddin. The Ottoman Sultan Selim III was forced to come to terms with the Russians, giving them Moldova & Bessarabia.

The Russian army enclosed 770 Ottoman troops in Burgas after the First Battle of Troyanovo, with General Fyodor Buxhoewden's army of 5,200 troops threatening to defeat them and then focus on Istanbul itself. The Ottoman sultan Selim III gambled on a final attempt to flush the Russians out, sending Bostancibasi Hayreddin and 10,830 troops to drive the Russians back.

Like at the devastating Ottoman defeats of Nevestino and First Troyanovo, the Russian army was made up of experienced troops while the Ottomans were made up of Orta militiamen. The Russians won the battle, destroying the Ottoman army. Hayreddin and 9,760 Ottoman troops were killed, while only 167 Russian troops were lost. Sultan Selim III was forced to come to terms, agreeing to cede Moldova & Bessarabia to Russia while Russia agreed to return Wallachia to the Ottoman Empire.
