Scott Franklin (1964-) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-FL 15) from 3 January 2021 to 3 January 2023 (succeeding Ross Spano) and from FL-18 from 3 January 2023.
Biography[]
Scott Franklin was born in Thomaston, Georgia in 1964 and raised in Lakeland, Florida. He served in the US Navy and worked as an insurance company CEO before entering politics as a Republican. He defeated Ross Spano in the Republican primary for the US House of Representatives race in FL-15, and he went on to win the general election as well.
