The School Yard Crips is a set of the Crips street gang in Mid-City Los Angeles, California. The gang originated around Longwood Avenue in the early 1980s and came to have over 200 active members in cliques such as the Yank Mob, Mid Town, 1600 Blocc, 2800 Blocc, and 4800 Blocc. The gang fought for control of the World on Wheels skating rink.
