
Saturninus Verres (359 AD-424 AD) was a general of the Eastern Roman Empire.
Biography[]
Verres was a Christian who was an obsessional trainer and confident commander, and in 378 AD he was married to Galla Flavius, a member of the ruling house of the Eastern Roman Empire. Saturninus was given a position of responsibility due to his marriage into the family. He died in Ctesiphon at the age of 65.
