Satoshi Arai (born 27 May 1946) was a Democratic Party of Japan politician.
Biography[]
Satoshi Arai was born in Hokkaido, Japan in 1946, and he became a civil servant at the Ministry of Agriculture after studying at the University of Tokyo. He would become a member of the Democratic Party of Japan, and he was elected to represent Hokkaido as one of its electoral bloc candidates.
