Sarah Moore Grimke (26 November 1792-23 December 1873) was an American abolitionist and suffragist. The daughter of Charleston, South Carolina mayor John Faucheraud Grimke and the sister of Angelina Grimke, she and her sister were the only white Southern women to become prominent abolitionists. They moved to Philadelphia during the 1820s and became Quakers, and they spoke on a lecture circuit.
