Sara Jacobs (born 1 February 1989) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-CA 53) from 3 January 2021 to 3 January 2023, succeeding Susan Davis.
Biography[]
Sara Jacobs was born in Del Mar, California on 1 February 1989, and she was raised in San Diego. She worked for the State Department, UNICEF, and the United Nations before entering politics as a progressive Democrat. In 2020, Jacobs was elected to the US House of Representatives to succeed the retiring Democratic incumbent Susan Davis; her seat was eliminated by the post-Census redistricting in 2021.
