Santa Fortuna, Colombia - circa July of 2020.

Santa Fortuna is a small village located in Colchagua Valley, O'Higgins Region, Colombia, South America. Since the 1990's, it has been under the control of the Delgado Cartel. The village features numerous houses and small shops, a main plaza, fishing pier, and local bar, as well as a construction site--all ruled over with an iron fist by the Delgado Drug Cartel, headquartered at Rico Delgado's lavish mansion up the road. Hidden further is the narco-sub port in the caves beneath the mansion, as well as the coca fields deeper into the rainforest.

Agent 47 visited the town twice - first in 2004, when he assassinated Fernando Delgado and his son Manuel Delgado in their Colchagua Valley vineyard, and the second time in July of 2020, where he travelled there and assassinated Rico Delgado, Andrea Martínez, and Jorge Franco (the three new leaders of the Delgado Cartel), as well as Vicente Murillo, the leader of Terror Blanco Latino and Fernando's old friend, and controversial big game hunter Blair Reddington, leader of The Lodge.
