Samuel Trotti (18 July 1810-24 June 1856) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-SC 4) from 17 December 1842 to 3 March 1843, succeeding Sampson H. Butler and preceding John Campbell. Born in Barnwell, he practiced law before serving in the Second Seminole War, in the state house from 1840 to 1841 and from 1852 to 1855, and in Congress.
