Samuel Smith was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-PA 11) from 1805 to 1811, succeeding John Baptiste Charles Lucas and preceding Abner Lacock.
Biography[]
Samuel Smith was an associate judge of Erie County, Pennsylvania from 1803 to 1805 and a member of the US House of Representatives from 1805 to 1811. In 1815, he became receiver of public moneys at St. Stephens, Mississippi.
