
Samuel Shepard Conner (1783-17 December 1820) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-MA 19) from 4 March 1815 to 3 March 1817, succeeding James Parker and preceding Joshua Gage.
Biography[]
Samuel Shepard Conner was born in Exeter, New Hampshire in 1783, and he became a lawyer in Waterville, Maine in 1810. He served as a US Army major during the War of 1812, and he went on to serve in the US House of Representatives from 1815 to 1817. He died in 1820.
