Samuel Jones Wilkin (17 December 1793-11 March 1866) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-NY 6) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1833, succeeding Samuel W. Eager and preceding John W. Brown. Born in Goshen, he practiced law before serving in the State Assembly from 1824 to 1825, in Congress, and in the State Senate from 1848 to 1849.
