
Samuel Breck (17 July 1771-31 August 1862) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-Pa 1) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825, succeeding Thomas Forrest and preceding Daniel H. Miller. Born in Boston, he became a merchant in Philadelphia in 1792, served in the Whiskey Rebellion, served in the state senate from 1817 to 1821 and from 1832 to 1834, and served in Congress from 1823 to 1825.
