Samir Zulka (died 2015) was a Palestinian Hamas bombmaker. In 2015, Taufiq Hammed utilized his services to prepare a sarin gas suicide vest in preparation for Operation al-Buraq, but Zulka and several other Hamas militants were killed when their hideout was raided by Israeli Mista'arvim counter-terrorism forces led there by undercover agent Doron Kabilio, who had been posing as the suicide bomber.
