Salim Aliyow Ibrow was Prime Minister of Somalia from 29 October to 24 November 2007, succeeding Ali Mohammed Ghedi and preceding Nur Hassan Hussein.

Salim Aliyow Ibrow was born in Somalia, and he served as deputy premier under Ali Mohammed Ghedi before going on to serve as acting Prime Minister in late 2007. He later served as Minister of Environment and Livestock in 2014 and as Minister of Justice from 2014.
