Sahar Makhlouf (died 7 October 2023) was an Israeli lieutenant-colonel who commanded the 481st Signal Battalion during the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He was killed in battle with Hamas militants during the 2023 Battle of Re'im.

Sahar Makhlouf had served as the commander of the 481st Signal Battalion.
On the morning of October 7, 2023, he was awaken by the engagement of Hamas infiltrators into the Re'im Military Base. He went out and fought the terrorists, quote "As a combat soldier, and a combat commander, a former Golani sergeant.". He was shot afterwards by the militants, with blood flowing off his head in a video leak.
