Saffo Cesare (died 25 September 1951) was an Italian-American mafioso who was affiliated with New York City's Vinci crime family during the 1950s. In September 1951, he was sent to guard Joe Barbaro and Vito Scaletta at a Manhattan constuction site as they were interrogated by Don Frank Vinci, but Scaletta and Barbaro killed him and dozens more Vinci mobsters as they escaped the Vinci family's hideout.
