The Samokhodnaya Ustanovka-122 ("Self-propelled carriage, 122 mm") was a Soviet self-propelled gun that was produced from 15 April 1942 to the summer of 1944, with 1,150 tanks seeing service in the Red Army during World War II. The tank used a T-34's chassis, and it was effective in reducing enemy strongholds to rubble. However, few SU-122s survived the war.
