The SS President Coolidge was an American luxury ocean liner in service from 1931 to 1942. Built in Newport News, she was operated by Dollar Steamship Lines and American President Lines before serving as a US Navy troop ship from December 1941 to October 1942, when she was sunk by Japanese mines off the New Hebrides.
