The Sociedad Nacional de los Productores de coca (SNPC), or the National Society of Coca Producers, is a Bolivian trade union representing the country's cocaleros (coca farmers). The union was based in the department of Tabacal, a center of coca production, and was led by Puma Chavez during the 2010s. In 2019, the Santa Blanca Cartel attempted to assassinate Chavez for his activism, but the attempt was thwarted by American special forces.
