Russell William Fry (31 January 1985-) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-SC 7) from 3 January 2023, succeeding Tom Rice.

Russell Fry was born in Surfside Beach, South Carolina in 1985, and he worked as a lawyer before serving in the State House from 2015 to 2023 and in the US House of Representatives from 2023.
