Ruslan Vadimovich Balabanov (1942-1969) was a Soviet KGB agent who was stationed in London, England during the Cold War. In 1969, his body, along with those of several other KGB agents (including Ivan Oranchov) was found electrocuted in the underground Tube tunnel near Hyde Park, and their deaths were classified due to possible extraterrestrial involvement.
