Ruprecht of Magdeburg (died 1094) was a German nobleman who was the lord of Magdeburg. Ruprecht rebelled against the Holy Roman Empire in 1080, and was besieged in his city in 1094. His rebellion was subdued by Prince Henry Hohenstaufen, and he was killed.
