
Roswell Hart (4 August 1824-20 April 1883) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-NY 28) from 4 March 1865 to 3 March 1867, succeeding Freeman Clarke and preceding Lewis Selye.
Biography[]
Roswell Hart was born in Rochester, New York in 1824, and he became a lawyer in 1847 and served in the US House of Representatives from 1865 to 1867. He died in 1883.
