Rooz Dadabhoy is an influential political operative who is deeply tied to the Virginia political and legislative scene. She is a mover and shaker who is well connected at both the state and national levels. She is often seen in the halls of the Virginia General Assembly making bi-partisan backroom deals. Her endorsements for those running for office are coveted by all. She is an advocate of small government, fiscal conservatism, and has been very outspoken on boarder security. She served as Director of Women for Glenn Youngkin during the 2021 Virginia gubernatorial election and was a tremendous force in bringing the suburban vote back into Republican hands. She believes Republicans win as long as they stay away from culture wars, and is a strong voice for working across party lines. She is a Youngkin loyalist who currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the Governor. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Richmond World Affairs Council, and is the President of Rally Virginia.
