Roohangiz Nemati

Roohangiz Nemati (1189-1221) was a Khwarazmian citizen who lived in Urgench during the early 13th century. In 1221, he and thousands of other citizens of Urgench were massacred by the Mongol Empire following the Siege of Urgench.
