Ron Cariello (born 1978) was a Gambetti crime family enforcer and the personal bodyguard of Gambetti boss Jon Gravelli during the 2000s.

Ron Cariello was born in Brooklyn, New York City, New York in 1978 to a family of Italian descent, and he became an enforcer for the Gambetti crime family of the American Mafia during his twenties. Cariello was hired as Don Jon Gravelli's personal bodyguard, and he guarded him while he was hospitalized in the Bushwick Medical Center. Cariello let Niko Bellic into the room to speak with Gravelli, and he stood at the door to ensure that no enemies of the family would come to harm him.
