Rodrigo da Cunha (1762-) was Lord Chief Justice of Portugal from 1811. He was replaced by Jose Cristosome.

Da Cunha had an indiscreet courtesan, which damaged his position as the Lord Chief Justice as Portugal, raising the cost of town watch by 20%. Due to his harsh conduct, he was replaced by Jose Cristosome.
