Rocky de la Fuente (10 October 1954-) was an American automobile businessman who ran for President of the United States with the American Delta Party in 2016.

Roque de la Fuente was born on 10 October 1954 in San Diego, California to Mexican parents, and he was raised in both Mexico and the United States. He studied at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and Anahuac University, and he acquired several automobile dealerships from 1976 to 1990. De la Fuente used his profits from car dealerships to open currency exchange locations in both the USA and Mexico, and he built a small fortune for himself. In 2016, the progressive De la Fuente sought the US Democratic Party's nomination for President of the United States, being motivated to run due to the poor choice of candidates by both sides; the Democrats ran the controversial Hillary Clinton as a possible nominee, while the US Republican Party ran the racist businessman Donald Trump as a possible candidate. De la Fuente was in fourth place in terms of the popular vote during the primaries, and he decided to form the American Delta Party rather than quit his campaign for the presidency. His party was on the ballot in 20 states, and he qualified as a write-in candidate in five states.
