Robert Taylor (29 April 1763-3 July 1845) was a member of the US House of Representatives (NR-VA 11) from 4 March 1825 to 3 March 1827, interrupting Philip Pendleton Barbour's terms. Born in Orange, he practiced law before serving in the state senate from 1804 to 1815 and in Congress.
