Robert Leeroy Jenkins III (born 1970) is a former American soldier and an American Los Angeles Police Department officer from Blaine County, California. He is the son of Robert L. Jenkins Jr, and he is cousins with "Cowboy" Bob Smith, George Marlin, and John Marlin, whose activity he turns a blind eye to.
