Robert Allen (30 July 1794-30 December 1859) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-VA 17) from 4 March 1827 to 3 March 1833, succeeding Alfred H. Powell and preceding Samuel M. Moore. Born in Woodstock, he practiced law before serving in the state senate from 1821 to 1826 and in Congress.
