Riley O'Keelan (1881-1929) was an Irish-American factory laborer from Washington DC. The son of Messervy O'Keelan, he worked in Foggy Bottom's breweries. He was a registered Democrat due to his Catholic faith and support for organized labor. O'Keelan had three sons, including Hank O'Keelan.
