Rikiya Otake (born 1957) was a Japanese yakuza enforcer affiliated with the Dojima-gumi family of the Tojo-kai during the 1980s. On 15 December 1988, he took part in the manhunt for Kazuma Kiryu in Kabukicho, Tokyo, beating up a similarly-dressed man after mistakenly believing that the man was trying to prank him and his search team.
