Rick "Hollywood" Neven (1958-) was a naval aviator of the US Navy who was a pilot at the elite Top Gun school.
Biography[]
Rick Neven was born in 1958, and he joined the US Navy as a naval aviator. In 1986, he attended the Top Gun school for aviation, and he became one of the top pilots of the United States. Leonard "Wolfman" Wolfe served as his radio intercept officer, and the two of them flew alongside Pete Mitchell, Tom Kazansky, and other great pilots. They took part in the rescue of the ship SS Layton from hostile waters on one occasion, successfully destroying 5 MiG-28s.
