Richard Sprigg Jr. (1769-1806) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-MD 2) from 5 May 1796 to 3 March 1799 (succeeding Gabriel Duvall and preceding John Chew Thomas) and from 4 March 1801 to 11 February 1802 (succeeding Thomas and preceding Walter Bowie).

Biography[]

Richard Sprigg Jr. was born in Prince George's County, Maryland in 1769, and he served in the House of Delegates from 1792 to 1793 before serving in the US House of Representatives from 1796 to 1799 and from 1801 to 1802. He died in Charleston, South Carolina in 1806.
