Tory MP

Richard Bulkeley, 4th Viscount Bulkeley (19 September 1682 – 4 June 1724) was the Tory MP for Anglesey from 1707 to 1715 and from 1722 to 1724. He was the eldest son of Richard Bulkeley, 3rd Viscount Bulkeley, and he was known for his arrogance and violent tempers, as well as his fierce rivalry with local Whig leaders and his later support for the Jacobites. He lost all his public offices within two years of the Hanoverian succession.
