Richard "Bigo" Barnett (1960-) was an American far-right activist, gun rights advocate, and Trump supporter from Gravette, Arkansas. In November 2020, he attended a "Stop the Steal" rally, where he claimed in an interview with KNWA that voter fraud had cost Trump re-election. On 6 January 2021, he took part in the storming of the US Capitol building in Washington DC during the 2021 United States coup d'etat attempt, during which he was the subject of a viral photo taken of him lounging at Nancy Pelosi's desk and posing with one of her personalized envelopes. He left Pelosi a note on her desk, along with a quarter, and he insisted that he hadn't stolen the envelope. He was later escorted out of the Capitol after being tear gassed, and Congressman Steve Womack publicly denounced his constiutuent's actions as not reflecting his constituency's values. He was ultimately arrested in Little Rock on 8 January and charged with three federal crimes.
