Richard A. "Rich" Lowry (22 August 1968-) was an American conservative journalist who served as editor of the National Review.

Richard A. Lowry was born in Arlington, Virginia in 1968, and he worked for Charles Krauthammer as a research assistant before becoming a newspaper reporter in northern Virginia. He joined National Review in 1992, and he became its editor in 1997 at the age of 29 and also became a frequent political commentator during the 2000s and 2010s.
