Robert Edward Lee "Reld" Davis (1920-1968) was a Democratic New Orleans city councilman during the 1960s. He was assassinated by Lincoln Clay in 1968.

Robert Edward Lee Davis was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1920, and he was named after Robert E. Lee. He became the owner of a hardware store before entering politics as a Democratic city councilman; he was affiliated with the Democratic political machine in the city, and he was a staunch supporter of segregation and an ally of the Marcano crime family. In 1968, Lincoln Clay tailed Clinton Crescenzo as he drove to meet with Davis in a car park to arrange the payment of blackmail money due to the Marcano family's knowledge of Davis' family issues. Clay ambushed the meeting with a grenade, blowing up the participants' cars and killing Davis, Crescenzo, and the others in the process.
