Reilly Bass (died 1992) was a Ballas-associated drug trafficker from Los Angeles. He was friends with a Kilo Tray Ballas OG, and he sold crack on the streets, including to some Grove Street Families members. In 1992, Carl Johnson beat him to death with a baseball bat after he saw him selling to a GSF member, and Johnson and Ryder Wilson would proceed to attack Kahlil Harvey's crack den next.
