Reiji Ishioda (died 2019) was a Japanese yakuza who served as patriarch of the Ishioda-gumi subsidiary of the Omi Alliance and Chairman of the Tokyo Omi Alliance in 2019, succeeding Jo Sawashiro and preceding Yosuke Tendo. During the 2019 Omi Alliance civil war, he attempted to claim the leadership of the Tokyo Omi Alliance for himself, only to be assassinated by rival Omi officer Yosuke Tendo.
Biography[]
Reiji Ishioda was born in Osaka, Japan, and he became involved with the Omi Alliance yakuza federation. Known as a highly violent and ambitious man, he quickly rose through the ranks of the yakuza and became patriarch of his own family, the Ishioda-gumi. In 2017, he participated in the Omi Alliance's takeover of Tokyo as the Kabukicho 3K Plan severely weakened the Tojo-kai. Ishioda and his family moved into Tokyo from Kansai, and Ishioda, Yosuke Tendo, and Masumi Arakawa established themselves as the most powerful patriarchs within the Omi by 2019.

Ishioda during the invasion of Yokohama
In 2019, Ishioda and Tendo were sent by Tokyo governor and Omi ally Ryo Aoki to assist Bleach Japan and Yokohama Liumang strategist Akira Mabuchi in destroying the "Ijin Three" crime syndicates of Yokohama and enable an Omi takeover of Isezakicho. Ishioda utilized a wrecking ball to break down the barrier protecting the Geomijul's Koreatown stronghold from outsiders, and he nearly succeeded in killing Aoki's nemesis Ichiban Kasuga with the machine. However, Kasuga survived and was able to prevent Ishioda and Tendo from helping Mabuchi overthrow Liumang leader Tianyou Zhao. While Tendo decided to retreat after Mabuchi's defeat, Ishioda planned to make a name for himself by killing Kasuga, only to be beaten in a fight and forced to flee.

Kasuga confronting Ishioda
After the "Great Dissolution" in Osaka saw the joint dissolution of the Omi and Tojo, Ishioda attempted to rally the Tokyo-based Omi loyalists as the "Tokyo Omi Alliance," but he was challenged for control by Arakawa-gumi patriarch Jo Sawashiro, who accused Ishioda of murdering his predecessor Masumi Arakawa. Though Ishioda had planned to kill Arakawa with a sniper rifle, Tendo had beaten him to the punch, and Ishioda spread rumors that Sawashiro was responsible. After Sawashiro was captured and interrogated by Kasuga, he claimed that Ishioda was responsible for the hit, and, when Ishioda and the assassin Mirror Face were sent to Isezakicho to assassinate the imprisoned Sawashiro, Kasuga decided to use the opportunity to avenge Arakawa. He and his party stormed Ishioda's hideout and defeated him and Mirror Face in a hard-fought battle. Ishioda revealed Tendo's responsibility for Arakawa's assassination before a bomb planted under his desk was detonated by one of Tendo's agents, killing him.
